Izumi is caring and sweet. She's constantly worrying about other people's safety than her own.

At the Genius Agency, the others took note of her fondness of Tsunagu Hakamata; whom is known as Best Jeanist.

Izumi has long brown hair that ends about her waist and black eyes.

Overall Abilities

Flexibility: Izumi is pretty flexible. Sometimes it scares others of how flexible she can be.

Enhanced Durability: Izumi is noted to have quite a bit of durability. Especially when she's been thrown around like a ragdoll and still got up as if nothing happened.

Enhanced Strength: Tsunagu stated she had enhanced strength. Using her quirk to swing her body weight around the city. Her quirk to save people and she is said to hit and kick pretty hard.

Hand-to-Hand Combat: Izumi is shown to use hand to hand combat pretty efficiently against her opponent(s).

Quirk

Puppeteer: Thin thread like string exerts from the tips of her fingers and latch onto her target. Once these threads latch, their free will to move is disabled; giving Izumi the ability to move them around how she wishes.

Though, that's not how she uses it; unless necessary.

Izumi's threads can wrap around to bind someone. As well as to pull them away from danger.

It's also mentioned that she's saved numerous people in one gather by using her quirk.
